How to Add Tip and Charge Credit Card
2. Click The arrow of the customer on the ticket where it says a tip needs to be added.
3. Click “View Invoice”
4. click the “add tip” field
5. enter the tip amount and click “add tip”
6. Click “CHARGE CREDIT CARD”
7. Check to confirm everything posted as it should have
8. switch back to Dashboard- Click “View Ticket”
9. edit the notes section
10. Type “tip added-(your initials)”
11. Click “Close Ticket”
