Monthly KPIs Report
Tip: Tip! Wait until the 17-19th of the month to do the previous months KPIs. Always confirm with Jennifer first.
1. Open Monthly KPI Report
2. Click the “Month/Year (ex. April 2023)” field.
3. Type in the Month and Year you are doing the report for.
4. Click “Direct Payroll to Revenue
=Technician Payroll/Revenue Reports – Stats by Week”
5. Switch over to Maid Central- Click “All Reports”
6. Click the “Search:” field.
7. Type “Stats by week”
8. Click “Stats by Week”
9. Click “Data”
10. Click “January 7, 2024 – June 30, 2024”
11. Click “Last Month”
12. Click here.
13. Click the “Direct Payroll to Revenue” field.
14. Type in the %
15. Click “Bill Rate per Job
=Revenue/Job Count (Report – Stats by Week)”
16. Switch to tab “Stats By Week – GreenTree Cleaning Services”
17. Gather the revenue amount& the job count
18. Click the “Bill Rate per Job” field.

22. locate number of homes count
23. switch back to report and enter the data
24. Click “Productivity
25. switch back to stats by week report and locate allowed hours
26. now locate job hours
27. switch back to report and input the data

29. Return to maid central and Click “All Reports”
30. Click the “Search:” field.
31. Type “job count”
32. Click “Job Count by Date and Status”
33. scroll and located skipped number of houses
34. find number of lockouts
35. then scroll until you find total number of jobs
36. switch back to report and fill in the data.
37. Click “Home Count”
38. switch to maid central Click “All Reports”
39. Click the “Search:” field.

44. Click “Attrition per Month”
45. switch back to maid central Click “All Reports”
46. Click the “Search:” field.

49. click the date at the top of page to update.

52. Click “Sales KPIs” to locate recurring cancelations
