8. Click the “search…” field to search the lead.

9. Click “Search”

10. Click the lead/quote you are closing

11. Check to see if they have a quote….If they do, writed down the quote amount for the service they were interested in. If it was just a lead, you can continue to the next step

12. Click “More Actions” and select “Close Lead”.

13. Switch back to High Level.

14. Click “View opportunity” in the customer conversations

15. Enter the opportunity value if they had a quote. If they are just a lead, it will stay at zero

16. Change the status to “Lost”

17. Select the best lost reason.

18. Click “Update”

19. Close the opportunity card by click the “X”

20. Click “Recents”

21. ONLY UNTIL February 1 2024 We will need to confirm the tags are correct since we are transitioning from Maid Central sales pipeline. (there is a 5 min lag for the tags to update)

Click on the lead again and refresh the screen….again, be sure it has been at least 5 minutes since you marked the lead/quote as lost.

22. On the right hand side, click “Tags”

23. Click the X next to the “lead transition”, “lead email X”, “quote transition”, “New email x” to delete those tags if they are there

24. We should see 2 tags. Long term nurture and either MC Lead closed or MC quote closed. Any others, ask Jennifer
