Our Product Philosophy

No Fabuloso here.

When you invite someone into your home, you deserve to know exactly what products are being used and why we've chosen them.

At GreenTree Cleaning Services, we believe in using the safest, most effective product for each cleaning task. That means we don't rely on gimmicks, use harsh chemicals when they're unnecessary, or promise that one product can magically clean every surface in your home.

Instead, we've intentionally built a cleaning system that balances cleaning performance with the safety of your family, pets, our employees, and your home. Most of the products in our cleaning caddies are ECOS Pro products, many of which carry the EPA Safer Choice certification and are designed to be safer for your family, pets, and our employees. We've also intentionally selected a small number of additional products that align with our cleaning philosophy and perform exceptionally well for specific cleaning challenges.

Our goal isn't to use the strongest chemical available. It's to use the safest product that effectively cleans the surface in front of us.

Specialty Products We Use When Needed

Sometimes a specialty product simply performs better.

Rather than forcing one product to do every job, we use specialty products only where they're truly needed.

Tilex Mold & Mildew Remover

Used only when mold or mildew is present.

Reserved for situations where mold or mildew is present because we have not found an eco-friendly product that removes both the mold and the staining it leaves behind as effectively.

One of Our Favorite Cleaning Tools Isn't a Product

Color-Coded Microfiber Towels

Every microfiber towel has a designated color and purpose.

That means the towel used in a bathroom is never used in your kitchen.

It may sound obvious, but you'd be surprised how many companies don't have a system like this.

Product Preferences

Every family has different preferences, and we respect that.

If there's a product you'd prefer we not use in your home, just let us know before your cleaning.

Whenever possible, we're happy to accommodate those requests. If you'd like us to use products you provide, we'll review them first to make sure they're safe for your home, safe for our employees, and compatible with our cleaning system. We'll also explain any tradeoffs in cleaning performance before your appointment so you can make the decision that's best for your home.

Have Questions?

We know choosing someone to care for your home is a big decision. If you ever have questions about the products we use or why we've chosen them, just ask. We're always happy to answer your questions.
